SoftStella — Get The Tools You Need

In SoftStella, for us nothing stands above customer, which is why we have created standard refund policy set for them.

Our motto is what you see is what you get. So if any of our software fails to work, what is been said it does, then you get refunded within 30 days. We distributed all our products under try-before-you-buy agreement. So before purchasing the license version of any product, kindly first download the demo edition of the software to check-out all its working & whether its fulfills all of your requirements. In case the license version of the software do not provide the same or upgraded features like the demo edition then you will be refunded.

You can also ask for Money Back if you get a corrupt file.

But before Money Back, you must work with our Technical Support team will try to resolve the problem. In some cases you may be asked to send your files for recovery at support@pcvare.com, this way the support team will get to analyze the issue & provide solution. You do not need to worry about the confidentiality of your data, everything will be kept private & will be deleted from our system after sending to the customer.

If even the Tech Support team fails to help you, then we will refund your money.

Refund is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Do not want to have it any more
  • Accidentally purchased
  • Did not actually meant to purchase it
  • Not able to operate in your machine
  • Not able to apply the license in your machine
  • Purchase for another platform
  • No refund after 30 days of purchase
  • Please send detailed information & the reason of refund in the mail, you send us.
